Our staff can provide a personal tour of any or all of the facilities. Please call 615-794-2918 (or toll -free at 1-888-794-2918) to schedule a tour date and time. Tours are scheduled around groups who are using the facilities, so that the tour will not interfere with their retreat experience.

DEPOSIT POLICY: A 20 percent deposit is required to finalize confirmation of reservations. FULL payment is expected upon your arrival.

Reservation deposits are necessary to hold specific dates. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance, the deposit will be credited in full towards another date within the next 12 months. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days in advance, there will be no credit given unless Deer Run is able to book another retreat for your cancelled dates.
The Creekside has central heat/air, free Wi-Fi, dry erase board, flip chart, AV system including multi-disk CD/DVD player, microphones, mixing board, projector, and screen.
MEETING SPACE:
$300 per day—Weekdays (Monday-Thursday)
$500 per day—Weekends (Friday-Sunday)
Accommodates:
• 90 persons: theater seating
• 80 persons: classroom seating
• 34 persons: hollow square table arrangement
• 29 persons: U-shape table arrangement
Meals and beverage/snack service are available.
Deer Run staff can customize your meeting by providing team building initiatives as part of your meeting or by adding a low or high ropes course experience for your group.
Recreation is available to your group for no additional fee including sand volley, wiffle ball, horseshoes, frisbee golf, and hiking/mountain bike trails.

Cedar Point is 7 rustic cabins which have built-in wooden bunks with mattresses. The interiors are spacious and accommodate 10-12 persons each. Cabins have electric fans, heat, and lighting.
Adjacent to the cabins are:
• an open-air group pavilion with electricity
• The Creekside Meeting & Dining Facility
• shower house with central heat & air
• low & high challenge ropes courses
• The Creekside Recreational area including wiffle ball field, sand volleyball, frisbee golf, table tennis, horseshoes, and hiking trails.
• Spring Valley Lake with swimming, zip line, aqua park/blob, canoeing, and lake fishing (bait & tackle not provided).
Items to bring: an outdoor rated sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight, towel, washcloth, and personal toiletries for the shower house. Flip flops or sandals are recommended for the shower house.
PRICING
Non Exclusive Use: $49 per person per night (15 person minimum)
Includes:
• 1 night lodging
• 3 meals
• Unlimited use of recreation area
• 2 hours use of The Creekside for meetings/worship. Choice of schedule to be determined based on earliest reservation date.
• Choice of one of the following for your group
(Note: same choice for the entire group)
1. Two hours lake time with swimming, zip line, aqua park, blob, canoes
2. Hayride & campfire with s’mores and hot chocolate
3. Movie night with popcorn, snacks, and beverages
Exclusive Use: $49 per person per night (60 person minimum)
Includes items listed under "Non Exclusive Use".
The Creekside is available for unlimited use instead of the 2 hour time frame.
Spring Valley Lake: Zip Line / Aqua Park (blob) / Swimming / Canoeing
Includes sand beach, swimming, zip line, aqua park/blob, and canoeing.
2 hour lake time ($200 is the minimum fee):
$200 up to 20 persons (each additional hour is $100 per hour)
$300 up to 30 persons (each additional hour is $150 per hour)
$400 up to 45 persons (each additional hour is $200 per hour)
$500 up to 70 persons (each additional hour is $250 per hour)
Lake activities require Deer Run staff and must be scheduled in advance. Life jackets are required by ALL participants and are provided. Note: beach towels are not provided.

RECREATION AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Sand Volleyball / Horseshoes / Wiffle Ball Field / Frisbee Golf
Adjacent to The Creekside Meeting & Dining Facility. Available at no additional charge if your group is reserving other facilities at the campground.
Fishing
Catch and release bank fishing is available at Spring Valley Lake, a 3-acre spring-fed lake for no additional charge if your group is reserving other facilities at the campground. Fishing equipment and bait are not included. Fish include bass, catfish, and bluegill.
Hiking and Mountain Bike Trails
Approximately 5 miles of scenic, wooded trails wind throughout the 90 acres of Deer Run Retreat. Trails are marked for beginner and advanced mountain bikers. The Scripture Trail is an easy 1.5 mile hike that has Scripture signs posted along the way for encouragement and reflection. Mountain bikes are not provided. Trails are open at no additional charge.
