This 7,000 square-foot lodge nestled within the serenity of the woods provides a haven for rest, rejuvenation, and renewal, plus a peaceful atmosphere for retreat meetings and overnight stays.
We recommend reserving the entire lodge for a private retreat and considering additional team building for your group on the challenge ropes courses.
Deer Run Retreat staff coordinates with the group leader to customize your retreat to meet specific goals with maximum impact or to plan your retreat around a specific theme. You may also reserve exclusive use of the 90 acres
of wooded retreat property and other retreat facilities.
All rooms have a private bath and are furnished with rustic, yet elegant, lodge décor. Each room is uniquely decorated and has a Pendleton® blanket collection chosen specifically for that room. All rooms have great views of the surrounding woods. Room amenities include free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, pillow top mattress, plush towels, and dual alarm clock/radio with sound machine.
The Lodge is a nonsmoking, nonalcoholic facility. Pets are not allowed.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ENTIRE LODGE
For your group's private retreat, reserve the entire lodge, including use of the meeting room, for $1,500 per night up to 25 persons. Nonprofits receive a 20% discount off this price. Each additional person is $25.
Lodge pricing does not include meals; the challenge ropes courses; or lake swimming, zip line, aqua park, and canoeing. These are priced separately and reservations need to be made in advance. See the "Camp Facilities" and "Ropes Courses" links for prices and more information.
Lodge guests have free access to the retreat's hiking/mountain bike trails, wiffle ball field, sand volley ball, frisbee golf, horseshoes, and catch & release fishing (bring your own equipment & bait). However, because there may be other retreat groups using these facilities, please check before you arrive to find out the availability of each.
DEPOSIT POLICY for EXCLUSIVE USE OF LODGE: A 20 percent deposit is required to finalize confirmation of reservations. FULL payment is expected upon your arrival.

Reservation deposits are necessary to hold specific dates. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance, the deposit will be credited in full towards another date within the next 12 months. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days in advance, there will be no credit given unless Deer Run is able to book another retreat for your cancelled dates.
DAY USE OF CONFERENCE FACILITY
The second-floor library and conference room can be reserved for an executive meeting. Includes free Wi-Fi, dry erase board, flip chart, AV system including CD/DVD player, projector, and screen.
$500 Full Day Use of Conference Facility (up to 8 hours)
$300 Half Day Use of Conference Facility (up to 4 hours)
Note:
There is a 15 percent discount on overnight individual room rates (depending on availability) when reserving day use of the conference facility.

• 50 persons: theater seating
• 25 persons: classroom seating
• 23 persons: hollow square table arrangement
• 20 persons: U-shape table arrangement

Meals and beverage/snack service are available.
Deer Run staff can customize your meeting by providing team-building initiatives as part of your meeting or by adding a low or high ropes course experience for your group.

Individual room pricing is based on two persons per room and includes breakfast. There is a $30 charge for each additional person per room.
