THE LODGE
This 7,000 square-foot lodge nestled within the serenity of the woods provides a haven for rest, rejuvenation, and renewal, plus a peaceful atmosphere for retreat meetings and overnight stays.

All rooms have a private bath and are furnished with rustic, yet elegant, lodge décor. Each room is uniquely decorated and has a Pendleton® blanket collection chosen specifically for that room. All rooms have great views of the surrounding woods.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Room amenities include free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, pillow top mattress, plush towels, and dual alarm clock/radio with sound machine. (Feather toppers on beds are made with synthetic material and are hypoallergenic.)

The Lodge is a nonalcoholic facility and a smoke-free environment.
Pets are not allowed on any Deer Run property including trails and inside lodges and cabins.

Gift certificates for wedding gifts, anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas gifts, or other special occasions are available for purchase by calling 615-794-2918.

RETREATS
Deer Run Retreat staff coordinates with the group leader to customize your retreat to meet specific goals with maximum impact or to plan your retreat around a specific theme.

Reserve the entire lodge for a private retreat. We suggest ordering from our menus and adding drink/break service throughout your stay. Include team building for your group on the challenge ropes courses or add recreational fun with paintball, climbing tower, or swimming in Spring Valley Lake which includes a zip line & aqua park. Lodge guests have free access to the 90 acres of retreat property including hiking/mountain bike trails and catch & release fishing at the lake. Please bring your own equipment & bait. Canoeing is not available unless your group reserves the lake for other recreation.

Group pricing is available for reserving the entire lodge facility and is not based on the individual room pricing.

MEETINGS
The second-floor library and conference room can be reserved for an executive meeting. Includes free Wi-Fi, dry erase board, flip chart, AV system including CD/DVD player, projector, and screen.

ACCOMMODATES
• 50 persons: theater seating
• 25 persons: classroom seating
• 23 persons: hollow square table arrangement
• 20 persons: U-shape table arrangement

SET UP
Contact Deer Run staff in advance for a customized set up of tables and/or chairs for your meeting.

MEALS AND/OR BEVERAGE & SNACK SERVICE
Available for an additional charge.

CUSTOMIZE
Customize your meeting or retreat by including team-building initiatives or by adding a low or high ropes course experience; lake swimming with zip line, aqua park & water slide; paintball; or 45-ft climbing tower. Go to Camp Facilities and view the Outdoor Recreation link for more information.

RECREATION
The Lodge has a large backyard with volleyball net and room for recreational games.

Lodge guests have access to the Creekside Recreational Area: wiffle ball field, sand volleyball, 80-yd game field, ping pong, horseshoes, and hiking trails. Bank fishing is available at the lake. Fishing is catch & release only, and bait & tackle are not provided. Canoeing is not available unless your group reserves the lake for other recreation.

Check with Deer Run guest services for availability and scheduling of recreation areas since other retreat groups may be using these facilities.

Riversong Suite Accommodates up to 8 2 Queen Beds + Set of Bunk Beds + Futon Our largest suite which features a floor-to-ceiling, stone fireplace and stone-tiled bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second floor.

Treehouse Suite Accommodates up to 7 2 Queen Beds + Twin Bed + Futon This unique and private, third-floor suite is comprised of two rooms and has the feel of a private cabin in the woods. The suite also has an exterior door to the outdoor back porch with chairs for a great view of the woods.

Woodland Suite Accommodates up to 7 Queen Bed + 2 Sets of Bunk Beds + A Loft Bunk This spacious second-floor room features a huge picture window with a breathtaking view of the woods. The suite also has an exterior door to the outdoor back porch with chairs for a great view of the woods. Woodland Suite is adjacent to the conference room.

Mountain Dreams Accommodates up to 6 Queen Bed + 2 Sets of Bunk Beds A mountain-lover's dream. This second-floor room features its own private indoor balcony with a great view of the surrounding woods.

Fawn Meadow Accommodates up to 4 Queen Bed + Set of Bunk Beds A great corner second-floor room with an exterior door to the outdoor back porch with chairs for a great view of the woods. Easy access to the conference room or dining room.

Cabin Hideaway Accommodates up to 4 Full Bed + Set of Bunk Beds Easily accessible and adjacent to the dining room, this first-floor spruce tongue & groove wall room gives a warm welcome to anyone who loves a cabin-like atmosphere.

Forest Haven Accommodates up to 2 Queen Bed Generous sized second-floor room. Makes a great private room for speakers or leaders.
